Part-time potter based in Barcelona
Since early 2017, I’ve been playing with clay in my spare time. My first grown-up endeavour into the land of pottery came after enrolling in a four-week hand-building course in Barcelona. This soon evolved into a weekly hobby, and I was attending class every Tuesday evening bursting full of ideas of what to create next.
Eager to spend more time practising my technique on the wheel and learning how to fix my own mistakes (or, if not, recycle them), I signed up to a ceramic co-working space in my neighbourhood and ja ceramics was born.
My creations are functional, unique objects made for everyday use — that’s right, I’ll be offended if they sit on display or are kept “for best”!
